Build Long-Term Client Relationships Through Managed IT Solutions

We are seeking a relationship-driven Managed Services Account Executive who thrives on building pipeline, developing long-term customer partnerships, and leading consultative conversations around managed IT solutions, recurring services, and technology modernization.

This is a true field-based hunting role for someone who enjoys prospecting, territory development, and helping customers solve business challenges through scalable managed services offerings.

You won’t be selling one-off products — you’ll be building recurring customer relationships centered around ongoing technology support, lifecycle management, and strategic services.

What You’ll Do:

Managed Services & Solution Sales

  • Drive full-cycle sales opportunities focused on Managed Services Agreements (MSAs), recurring IT services, and Enterprise Lifecycle Management (ELM) solutions
  • Lead consultative, services-first sales conversations with business clients
  • Position managed IT solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, security, scalability, and long-term support
  • Identify opportunities for recurring revenue, contract expansion, renewals, and account growth
  • Align customer business challenges with practical, scalable technology solutions

Territory Development & Business Growth

  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person relationship development
  • Develop new business throughout assigned Texas territory
  • Expand existing customer relationships through strategic account management
  • Maintain long-term client relationships focused on customer success and retention
  • Attend networking events, partner meetings, trainings, and customer visits throughout territory

Collaboration & Customer Success

  • Partner closely with engineering, delivery, and PMO teams to support successful client outcomes
  • Collaborate with technical teams on larger or more complex opportunities
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy utilizing MEDDIC methodologies
  • Help ensure smooth customer onboarding and long-term account success

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–5 years of B2B sales experience with quota-carrying success

    • Telecom
    • Recurring service contracts
    • IT solutions
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to prospect and develop new business
  • Comfortable owning early and mid-stage sales cycles
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities
  • CRM discipline and forecasting accountability
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Texas territory
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
