Schedule: Part-Time (Under 30 Hours Per Week)

About the Internship:

ConnexPay is seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support our Product Team this summer. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in technical communication, SaaS products, software documentation, and process automation.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to help create clear, user-friendly documentation while improving internal documentation processes and automation workflows.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with creating and updating product documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal process guides
• Help organize and standardize technical documentation across teams
• Support automation initiatives related to documentation workflows
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams
• Translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand written materials
• Review documentation for consistency, accuracy, and usability
• Participate in product meetings and process improvement discussions

What We’re Looking For:

• Current college student or recent graduate in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Strong written communication and organizational skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences
• Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
• Comfortable learning new software and SaaS platforms
• Interest in technology, APIs, automation, or fintech is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, Jira, or AI writing tools is helpful
