Moving and Groving Pediatric Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. We’re looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care for children in their own homes across the Phoenix Metro area. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement pediatric occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
  • Work directly with pediatric patients and caregivers to achieve maximum physical recovery 
  • Evaluate progress and adjust care plans
  • Document in SimplePractice EMR (JANE)
  • Organize and maintain patient schedules while arriving to appointments in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
  • Back-to-back appointments for efficiencies

 

Qualifications

  • OT License (AZ)
  • CPR + Article 9 certification
  • 1+ years pediatric OT experience (sensory processing, primitive reflexes, ASD)
  • Strong communication + organization skills
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to build rapport with patients

 

Preferred Skills

  • Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
  • Experience in outpatient, inpatient, sports medicine, or rehabilitation settings
  • Familiarity with Jane EMR documentation system
  • A rotation in pediatric care
  • Ability to motivate and engage patients throughout recovery
  • would be willing to consider recent graduates from an accredited OT school

 

What We Offer

  • Hourly pay (competitive rates based on experience). The pay structure can be what the therapist prefers: pay per visit or flat rate.
