About KCM Dynamic Builds:

KCM Dynamic Builds is a veteran-owned, fast-growing construction firm specializing in commercial construction, retail remodels, refresh programs, and multi-site rollouts for national brands. We operate nationwide with a focus on execution, speed, and consistency across projects.

About the Opportunity:

This is a true field leadership role—not a desk job.

We are looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who has come up through the trades and knows how to run a jobsite, lead crews, and keep projects moving.

You will travel 100% nationwide managing retail remodels and light construction projects while also owning day-to-day site execution and project outcomes.

If you’ve been a foreman, lead carpenter, or superintendent and want a role where you still stay close to the work—but take ownership of the full project—this is it.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Execution & Leadership

  • Run day-to-day jobsite operations across retail remodel projects
  • Lead subcontractors and crews on-site
  • Ensure quality, safety, and production standards are met
  • Solve problems in real time and keep work moving

Project Management Ownership

  • Manage projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Track labor, materials, and job costs
  • Coordinate vendors, materials, and logistics

Travel & Multi-Site Oversight

  • Travel 100% nationwide to active job sites
  • Manage multiple projects across different markets
  • Ensure consistency across all job sites

Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact on-site
  • Communicate daily with internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Provide updates on progress, risks, and timelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on construction experience
  • Background as a superintendent, foreman, or lead carpenter
  • Proven ability to run job sites and manage crews
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field operations
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Comfortable traveling 100% nationwide
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
  • Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or similar
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with retail remodels, refresh programs, or multi-site rollouts
  • Experience working with national brands or franchise environments
  • General Contractor’s License (not required)

Work Structure:

  • W-2 preferred; open to 1099 contractors
  • 100% travel role (all travel expenses covered)
  • Home base required near Dallas–Fort Worth

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • Built for field leaders—not office-only project managers
  • High ownership of both jobsite execution and project results
  • Consistent, nationwide project pipeline
  • Strong growth path into senior field or operations leadership

Alternate Titles:

  • Traveling Construction Superintendent
  • Field Superintendent – Retail Construction
  • Traveling Foreman / Superintendent
  • Commercial Construction Superintendent
  • Multi-Site Superintendent
  • Traveling Field Manager
