Customer Care Specialist
Location: Penrose, Colorado
Wages: $24.90 to $26.10 Hourly
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and assess customer needs to deliver appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate, complete, and helpful information about our products and services
- Resolve customer concerns by determining the root cause and following through to ensure resolution
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes or service
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on company offerings and customer service best practices
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer support or a related client service role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a high-volume setting
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software systems
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays as required
