Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities and Duties

• Cross sell policies and make coverage recommendations
• Handle Policy Renewals
• Service existing policies
• Answer underwriting & client coverage questions
• Document all activity in our agency management system
• Assist with any other account management tasks as needed

Commercial Lines Account Manager Qualifications

• Small to mid-size commercial insurance account management experience required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• 2-20 license required
• Bilingual is a plus
