Compensation: Starting wage of $17.00/hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Laborers to join our team. This is a physically active role essential to ensuring accurate and timely preparation of customer orders, inventory stocking, and overall warehouse maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill orders for delivery trucks to stores
• Restock and replenish product in pick lanes
• Stock & retrieve products in designated inventory/storage areas
• Operate forklifts, electric & manual pallet jacks
• Load products onto delivery trucks
• Prepare customer orders, shipping documents, and products for shipment
• Perform cleanup tasks including sweeping, mopping, and spill cleanup
• Communicate any inventory or order issues with supervisors

Office TeamWorking Conditions:

• Exposure to varying temperatures, including extreme hot/cold environments
• Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
• Freezer environment regularly set at -20°F

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver 25+ lbs
• Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, and reach
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in cold environments
