Compensation: $45,000-$50,000 annually

 

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and project coordination for our telecom business.
You will play a critical role in ensuring our internet and phone service equipment is properly tracked, tested, and delivered on time. Additionally, you will support project workflows, coordinate with vendors, and optimize logistics to enhance efficiency.

A day to day life as an Office Coordinator:

Shipping, Inventory & Equipment Management:

  • Shipping & Receiving: Process daily shipments, track orders, and resolve logistics issues.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate stock levels, prevent shortages, and manage storage organization.
  • Equipment Testing & Setup: Inspect, configure, and troubleshoot telecom equipment (routers, switches, VoIP phones, firewalls) before deployment.
  • Vendor & Carrier Coordination: Work with suppliers, logistics providers, and installation teams to ensure smooth deliveries.Process Optimization: Identify ways to improve shipping efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance inventory management.

Project Coordination & Team Support:

  • Project Tracking: Monitor timelines, deliverables, and vendor schedules for telecom equipment deployment.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work with internal teams (Sales, IT, Field Technicians) to ensure smooth execution of telecom projects.
  • Scheduling & Logistics Planning: Coordinate shipping schedules with customer deadlines and installation teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records, update stakeholders, and track inventory usage for specific deployments.

 

Table Stakes:

  • Experience handling telecom or IT equipment (routers, switches, VoIP phones, firewalls) in a logistics, warehouse, or coordination role.
  • Proficiency with inventory & shipping software (UPS, FedEx, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail – ensuring accuracy in shipments, inventory, and project timelines.
  • Proactive and independent – takes initiative, problem-solves, and works efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Experience in project coordination or operations support – ideally within telecom, IT, or logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, and field staff.
  • Physically capable – must be able to lift/move boxes (up to 50 lbs) and organize stock as needed.

 

What We’re Looking For:
