Field Sales Representative

The Field Sales Representative works at popular local attractions and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and concerts to connect with the public as a brand ambassador for RVI. In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay

  • Uncapped commission

  • $10.00 per hour base pay

Multiple Schedules Available:

  • 10-hour shift

  • 4-hour shift

  • 8-hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Evening shift

  • Every weekend

  • Holidays

  • Monday to Friday

  • Weekends as needed

 

Field Sales Representative Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for RVI

  • Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour

  • Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines

  • Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.

 

 Field Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Excellent face-to-face customer service skills

  • Will need to be able to overcome objections

  • Requires a flexible work schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Positive, Self-Motivated and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
