About the Role:
Predict Well is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to create opportunities for the sales team.
We specialize in building teams and developing predictive solutions that directly drive revenue growth and provide valuable customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage curated client prospect lists and engage potential customers via cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
- Generate new sales opportunities for clients through outbound sales and development efforts.
- Initiate personalized outreach using cutting-edge tools, such as artificial intelligence, to uncover and qualify opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system for effective pipeline management.
- Continuously enhance expertise in outbound lead generation and client engagement strategies.
- Support marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms.
- Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, tradeshows, and promotional activities.
- Participate in light travel for remote team meetings and occasional trade shows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
- Positive, driven attitude with a desire to succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: At least 6 months of outbound B2B sales or comparable customer service/sales experience, or experience working at a tech company.
