Superpowers Coach

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced coach to join our team as a Superpowers Coach.   As a Superpowers Coach, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our initial Superpowers University and ongoing 90-day coaching program for our Executive Assistants.  Your success will be measured by the assistants' ability to stay on track and succeed in client reviews.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Superpowers University, a five-day onboarding and training program, ensuring compliance with the program's curriculum, tools, and playbooks.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to the Executive Assistants in our community, helping them stay on track and succeed in their roles.
• Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the coaching program.
• Monitor the progress and performance of the Executive Assistants, identifying areas for improvement and offering guidance and support.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment within the community, encouraging Executive Assistants to share their experiences and learn from one another.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to executive assistance and coaching, continuously enhancing the program to meet evolving needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles, preferably in a professional or business setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to think quickly and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with assistants and provide effective coaching and support.
• Proficiency in systems and processes, with the ability to implement and monitor compliance.
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A genuine passion for helping others succeed and achieve their goals.
• Experience in executive assistance or working with entrepreneurs is a plus.
