Job Title: CMR Independent Sales Representative

Salary: Unlimited Income - Sales persons can earn at a $400K pace by end of year one and $800K by end of year two.

Performance Factors

• Present Creating Measurable Results to prospective clients.
• Execute contract and supporting documents.
• Colloborate with management to generate leads.

Client Servicing

• Work with the client to determine the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. "measurables."
• Coach clients for effective implementation and roll-out.
• Follow-up with the client on a regular basis to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.
• Report company performance/measurables to management.

Work Experience/Traits:

• Proven track record in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-driven
• Working knowledge of training and development
• Working knowledge of business structures and performance indicators

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Training and experience in sales is required
