Referral Management Software Sales Overview
Since 2018, ReferralPoint has been helping healthcare organizations ensure the right care happens at the right time by automating their patient referral processes. We're growing fast—and to keep that momentum, we’re hiring two high-performing Software Sales Hunters ($100K to $150K plan) with a clear path to promotion towards a Regional Sales VP ($200K to $300K+ plan).

Your Career Path: 3-Phase Track
PHASE 1: Business Development Manager (Sales Hunter) (3 to 12 months+)
Key Duty: While you're learning our specific market within healthcare and our product/services, the ideal candidate will start as a true hunter responsible for booking discovery calls with key healthcare decision-makers.
Key Activities:
Target: Schedule 12 discovery calls per month—this should yield 8 sales qualified opportunities (SQOs)
Compensation: $90K–$130K+
PHASE 2: "Senior" Business Development Mgr. (Sales Hunter)
Key Duty: Once proven you know our market, products, services, you will begin conducting discovery calls and scheduling demos for the Regional Sales VPs.
Key Activities: Rinse and repeat sales development activities above
Target: Conduct a minimum of 12 discovery calls per month
Compensation: $100K–$150K+
PHASE 3: Regional Sales VP (Sales Hunter & Closer)
Key Duty: You will own the full sales cycle—personal hunting, demos, proposals, and closing.
Sales Expectations:
Quota: $100K/yr | $25K/qtr | $5K/wk
Compensation: $200K–$310K+
