Premier Wireless Business Technology Solutions (PWBTS), an industry leader in new technology, is seeking a Sales Director to mentor and grow our Sales Development Team!


Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 + commission with full benefits. Offer flexible based on experience.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM CST - flexible as needed

Location: In-office at 9555 W. Sam Houston Parkway S. Suite 550, Houston, TX. Will pay relocation package if necessary.

Sales Director – Mobility Solutions Job Summary:

We are currently in a strong growth mode looking to hire a Sales Director. The Sales Director will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by training and overseeing the business development team. As our Sales Director, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and implement new business visions including sales team training methodology, reinventing sales pitches/processes, strategizing industry targeting, and much more
  • Train and directly manage a strong team of sales representatives (roughly 8 Business Development Representatives)
  • Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calling, and emails
  • Understand the needs and requirements of our customers
  • Build strong relationships with our clients across the U.S.

 Sales Director​ Responsibilities:

  • Develop training programs for fostering and developing individual sales representatives as well as creating a team-selling environment to successfully grow and close business
  • Strategize business growth and sales direction across new territories, industry sectors, and/or product offerings
  • Establish and utilize 30, 60, 90-day plans to evaluate the progress of new hires to ensure success of revenue goals
  • Assist sales representatives in presentations and proposals to our prospective customers
  • Coach through partnership with the account team to reach company quota
  • Understand customer needs and requirements - interest and skill in building business client relationships
  • Capture and communicate competitive market information within the organization
  • Ensure that sales follow company guidelines to ensure profitability
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects
  • Team with partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects


Sales Director​ Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in Public Sector sales required
  • 5+ years of experience selling wireless technology solutions for cellular and IoT required
  • 5+ years of experience selling to public sector
  • Previously trained and developed a new sales team within a technology company; must have a strong sales process for developing talent and building a “solutions” strategic mindset
  • Previously driven a $10 million or higher sales team in the technology space
  • Excellent contract negotiation skills, sales management & account management
  • Team player capable of balancing between fulfilling customer needs and meeting company expectations and goals
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Must be flexible to travel up to 50% as needed for the business post COVID19
