Implementation Coordinator

**Salary: $35,000 - $40,000 annual.

The Boon Group, Inc., an AssuredPartners subsidiary, is in need of an Implementation Coordinator.

The Implementation Coordinator Role:

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for managing implementation processes, projects and transition of client accounts to team members. The Implementation Coordinator works closely with internal Account Managers and internal departments. This role is intended to be a precursor to becoming an Implementation Manager.

Required Education for The Implementation Coordinator:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Administration, preferred
• College degree can be substituted with 2 years of experience in benefits administration or employee benefits experience

Licenses/Certifications:

• Group 1 insurance license preferred; must be eligible for licensing within first 90 days of employment

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit for extended periods; Repetitive motions

The Implementation Coordinator Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate experience in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of employee benefits products and benefit plan administration
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and implementations with varying deliverables
• Ability to explain and understand complex concepts
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of technical concepts associated with implementation process

The Implementation Coordinator Day to Day: 

• Manages the implementation of renewal Government and/or Commercial groups from post-sale to completion of renewal process
• Provides the organization with business, process and technical analysis in support of client needs
• Creates, distributes and manages project schedules and timelines
• Documents plan requirements, ensures accurate implementation of plan, and completes implementation checklists
• Submits plan requirements to Salesforce
• Submits plan information and documents to carriers
• Drives tasking system and team efforts to meet deliverables and timeline expectations
• Responsible for reconciliation and auditing of client enrollment files through completion of the enrollment file
• Supports internal sales / client services staff when necessary
• Ensures project deliverables are met on a weekly basis
• Identifies, tracks and analyzes potential issues that may impact implementation
• Formulates resolution plan for all escalated deliverables
• Follow the company policies and procedures required to comply with applicable data privacy and confidentiality requirements, including but not limited to SOC controls, and HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned
