If so, we are looking for you as a Retail Sales Manager of BT Furnishings.  This is a highly independent role with growth opportunity and the ability to have impact on many facets of our growing business.  You will be on the front lines of making our large retail furniture stores run well.  You will gain experience that will set you up for career growth in a company with enough structure and history to set you up to succeed, but not so much structure that you can’t make an impact.

Salary starts at $50K, plus benefits, and is negotiable depending upon experience.

As a Sales Manager - Retail you will be responsible to:

• Lead, manage and train retail sales staff
• Ensure easy and quality customer experience
• Provide feedback to General Manager on presentation, pricing, and operations
