Properly communicating the forwarding agents name and confirming the client’s needs before releasing the phone call is mandatory with every interaction.

Sales Screener Primary Job Functions:

• Answer inbound calls from small business owners who have an interest in purchasing or extending their service.
• Direct phone calls in an efficient manner.
• Find an available sales agent and facilitate a flawless phone line transition.
• Exceed company standard in communication and friendliness.

Sales Screener Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a HS Diploma/GED
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Punctuality (Good Attendance)
• Positive and Professional Demeanor
• Active Listening Skills
• Customer Focused
• Detailed Oriented
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast pace call center environment
