If so, as a Furniture Delivery Driver for BT Furnishings, you will be the face to our customers as you deliver and setup their new furniture.  BT Furnishings is a family-owned furniture company with a great culture, competitive pay and opportunity for growth.  We are looking for professionals who don’t mind hard work and who will take great care of our customers.

Salary is $12 - $16 an hour depending upon your experience.

Specifically, you will…

• Take great care of our customers through professional, timely service

• Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and reports any discrepancies indicating truck condition to supervisor

• Drives truck to destination. Fast paced delivery and assembly of furniture and household items.

• Inspect, repair, wrap, pack, and load furniture

• Interact with customers and team members in a courteous and professional manner

• Ensure safety of customers and team members and maintain vehicles

• Adhere to strict quality standards to provide the best customer experience

• Warehouse duties (including but not limited to loading/unloading, organization, merchandising, cleaning, etc) when not on deliveries

Delivery Driver Qualifications:

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• At least 6 month moving or delivery experience preferred
• Pass all drug tests and background checks
• Must be comfortable reading maps and operating GPS units
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Furniture assembly experience or knowledge in use of tools preferred
• Ability to efficiently prioritize and multi-task in a customer focused environment
• Responsible and trustworthy character, positive and professional attitude
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings and long hours
• Have the ability to consistently lift/move heavy furniture, bedding, and accessories in various weather conditions
• Bilingual preferred
