Regional Warehouse and Distribution Director (Operations Leader)

As our Regional Warehouse and Distribution Director you will be responsible to:

  • Build, lead, manage and hold accountable a warehouse management team responsible for maintenance, customer satisfaction via accurate fulfillment and warehouse organization/safety
  • Ensure profitable outcomes by developing and managing projects, processes and continuous improvements
  • Maintain standards of quality consistent with our values
  • Assists in any other related duties required by management and leadership team

 

Regional Warehouse and Distribution Director Requirements:

  • Previous Warehouse management experience required
  • Must have experience with managing multi locations/sites
  • Must have experience leading other leaders, such as warehouse managers
  • Must have experience in establishing/set up new warehouse operations 
  • College education preferred
  • Ability to work least 50 hrs/week
  • Pass all drug and background checks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and detail oriented personality
  • Efficient prioritizing and multitasking ability
  • Responsible and trustworthy character
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual preferred
