Sales Development Representative

Our Sales team is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help achieve our company's growth targets. The Sales Development Representative will report directly to the Director of Sales. This position will have career growth potential.

Sales Development Representative responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Manage all outbound call initiatives for the region’s 38 stores
• Handle all Sales Force calls and dispositioning
• Enter appointments into the company’s POS  for stores
• Follow up with closed sales for customer feedback
• Follow up with no show appointments
• Outbound local business outreach

Sales Development Representative Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Experience in providing customer service either via phone or in person
• Wireless experience preferred
• Background in call center or outbound sales a plus
