Customer Service Representative Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will help our team grow and provide excellent customer service by performing duties such as:

  • Enter and update information for customers & orders in CRM & accounting programs
  • Complete and evaluate all new orders received via email or phone
  • Frequent interaction with business customers (B2B support), issue orders, and analyze accounts to resolve billing inquiries, and provide customers with assistance in obtaining various company products and services
  • Provide pricing support to the sales team
  • Assist with organizing client quotes and proposals
  • Various other administrative assistant duties and sales admin support functions as needed


Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Sales Support, Customer Service Representative or similar role
  • Previous experience supporting a Sales team is a big plus
  • Must be Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work individually and with a team
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proofreading skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Good common sense, interpersonal skills, accuracy and initiative
  • Experience in customer/client relations and building strong, effective working relationships
  • Ability to work under general direction, on multiple tasks with demanding timelines
