Inside Sales Representative Summary/ Objective:
Develop, build and maintain relationships with the Sales Representative’s current customers, while growing his/her book of business by adding on additional training opportunities. This can be accomplished by adding additional departments within the dealership that are not currently training as well as other rooftops. The objective of the Inside Sales Representative is to maintain a customer as long as possible while outselling his/her cancellations. Compensation is based upon a CSPI percentage and the minimum expectation for this position is to be at or above 100% CSPI per performance period.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
