District Manager - Retail Sales

SUMMARY:

The primary role of the District Manager (DM) is managing and growing sales, while maintaining operational excellence at all iMobile locations. Each DM will work within a predetermined geographic territory and will be assigned a specific store group that will be their responsibility. In addition to increasing sales of the assigned stores, each DM will be responsible for coordinating and managing operational issues that affect sales as well as protecting all company assets. The DM is expected to spend the vast majority of their time working in the stores within their assigned territories. The DM will function as a motivator in order to assist our stores in increasing sales. Their roles will also function as a main point of contact, trainer, business planner, information source, and in their role the DM will be responsible for achieving and maintaining a set quota and objectives.

The District Manager reports to the Director of Sales.

The DM will oversee stores in the Dallas, Texas area.

DISTRICT MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

· Leadership and accountability for the successful development and management of Store Managers

· Build long-term customer relationships through timely account management, and develop sales prospects and referrals in all locations

· Execution and mastery of documented standards of operation

· Ownership and compliance with carrier defined Plan-O-Grams

· Recruit, hire and train top tier talent

· Achieve district sales, operational and profitability goals

· Partner with other District Managers and Sr. Leadership to consistently improve sales standards, policies and procedures

· Maintain monthly staffing and operational budgets

 

DISTRICT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:

· A minimum of 3 years multi-unit, retail management experience (Wireless experience is preferred)

· Ability to work independently and to lead a sales organization

· Proven track record of sales excellence

· Must be able to travel

· Success in delivering a world class customer experience in retail environments

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

· Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Undergraduate Degree

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

· Able to work in a fast paced environment

· Must be able to pass background check.
