As a subject matter expert, the SSE is responsible for providing day-to-day support of critical systems, completing project work, and acting as a trusted advisor to the organizations we serve. The SSE must excel at written and verbal communication to be able to effectively communicate technical solutions to individuals at all levels (low-level, mid-level, top-level) within our clients’ organizations. The SSE is organized and can manage multiple ongoing projects with excellence. To be a good fit, the SSE must have a strong desire to share knowledge while continuing to learn and the proven ability to rapidly adapt to challenges in a dynamic growing company.
Qualifications:
Ability to be technically strong and able to communicate and present technical solutions to clients.
5+ years of experience supporting small/medium sized businesses.
5+ years of experience supporting the Microsoft Windows Server platform
Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, VMware, DNS, & DHCP
