Entry-level Accountant

iMobile is currently looking for an accountant to join our corporate team.

Entry-level Accountant Duties Include:

• Prepare and enter daily cash receipts
• Month end close duties
• Posting journal entries
• Complete bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals
• Analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts for subsidiary companies
• Analyzing and reconciling accounts payable & receivable ledgers
• Prepare yearly audit required schedules
• Maintain accurate and complete records and files
• Identify opportunities for system/process efficiencies and/or enhancements
• Other duties as assigned

Entry-level Accountant Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Accounting
• NetSuite experience preferred
• Excel experience, advanced excel skills a plus
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Deadline-Oriented along with reporting skills
