Director of Sales - Retail

iMobile is currently looking for a proven and motivated Director of Sales to Maximize profits for our Mid-West region. This position will oversee locations in Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Wisconsin, and Texas. 

We are looking for a Director of Sales to lead and direct all activities required to achieve the results expected. If you have superior leadership skills, operational excellence, can increase sales and profitability, all while managing several multi-unit channels of stores, you may be a qualified candidate.

The primary role of the Director of Sales is managing and growing sales, while maintaining operational excellence at all iMobile locations within a defined Region. The Director of Sales is responsible for the development and achievement of the regional iMobile retail stores’ short and long term sales goals, implementing innovative solutions for customer service and reporting monthly and quarterly sales performance to management.

The Director of Sales is expected to spend the vast majority of their time working in the stores within their assigned region(s). The Director of Sales will function as a motivator and provide hands on sales coaching and field training to regional team, as well as, continuously working with the regional team to improve systems that directly affect the bottom line.

Duties and Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
• Growing profits and enhancing the company’s Retail marketplace by maximizing the revenue and profit contributions of all stores.
• Build long-term customer relationships through timely account management, and develop sales prospects and referrals
• Provide outstanding leadership to the sales and support team.
• Oversee and manage all sales teams.
• Develops and implements sales incentive plans and training programs.
• Ensures excellent customer service experience.
• Oversees regional and store level inventory.
• Manages and communicates key Management Reports.
• Addresses problems or issues in under-performing associates.
• Oversees consistent implementation of process and policy standards.
• Ensures all sales floor appearance meets or exceeds company standards.
• Partners with HR to execute staffing plan and all Human Resources goals and tasks.
• Extensive travel throughout assigned region.

Director of Sales Requirements:
• Demonstrated effective management skills.
• Minimum of 7 years retail sales management experience for a multi-unit retailer.
• Proven track record in commission sales.
• Results oriented.
• High energy with a sense of urgency
• Proven ability to improve store performance and meet Company leadership growth needs.
• Manage all operation tasks timely, while concentrating and working with the entire sales team to meet or exceed goals and expectations.
• Demonstrated ability in developing a superior customer service experience
