We are seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead our revenue organization, drive strategic growth, and help shape the future of a rapidly growing event production and infrastructure company.

Position Overview
The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading PM1’s revenue growth strategy while remaining directly involved in business development and key account acquisition.
This is a true player-coach role. You’ll lead the sales organization while personally developing strategic relationships, pursuing large opportunities, and helping expand PM1’s presence across the live events, staging, production, broadcast, entertainment, sports, government, and corporate event markets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Leadership
- Own company-wide revenue growth objectives
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Drive sustainable pipeline growth and new business acquisition
- Establish measurable sales performance standards
Business Development
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Re-engage dormant accounts and expand existing relationships
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision makers
- Lead negotiations on high-value contracts and partnerships
Strategic Account Management
- Increase share-of-wallet within key accounts
- Develop long-term account growth strategies
- Maintain relationships with clients operating complex, mission-critical events
- Serve as executive sponsor on major opportunities
Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performing sales professionals
- Establish coaching programs and performance scorecards
- Create accountability and consistent sales processes
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Forecasting & Performance Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales pipeline visibility
- Deliver reliable forecasting and revenue projections
- Track KPIs, conversion metrics, and sales effectiveness
- Partner with leadership on budgeting and growth planning
Margin & Profitability
- Balance revenue growth with profitability objectives
- Protect margins through strategic pricing and deal evaluation
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful execution
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
- Experience leading revenue growth initiatives and sales teams
- Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure deals
- Proven track record developing and coaching successful sales professionals
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
