About the Internship:

ConnexPay is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to support company-wide AI initiatives and operational improvement projects. This role will work closely with the Security and AI Enablement team to help identify opportunities for automation, improve workflows, and support adoption of AI tools across departments.

This internship is ideal for someone interested in AI, business operations, cybersecurity, process improvement, and emerging workplace technologies.
 

What You’ll Do:

• Support company-wide AI Enablement initiatives and adoption efforts
• Assist with research and testing of AI tools and platforms
• Help automate internal workflows and repetitive business processes
• Support ad-hoc HR and operational automation projects
• Create documentation, guides, and training materials for AI tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, and business teams
• Assist with data organization, reporting, and process tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Current student or recent graduate in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, HR Technology, or related field
• Interest in AI, automation, cybersecurity, or operational efficiency
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable learning and experimenting with new technologies
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with AI tools, spreadsheets, workflow automation, or scripting is helpful
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
