Relation Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Client Service Specialist to join its Dallas office.

You’ll be joining a high-performing team during an exciting growth phase as Relation continues building out its Southwest commercial operations. With regional leadership based in Dallas, experienced service professionals onsite, and a collaborative training environment, this is a unique opportunity to get in early, learn from experienced mentors, and grow alongside the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Process policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and account updates
  • Review renewal policies for accuracy and compare against proposals
  • Issue certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and related policy documentation
  • Follow up with insurance carriers regarding endorsements, policy changes, and submissions
  • Maintain accurate account records and activity within internal systems
  • Monitor direct bill payment activity and escalate cancellation risks when needed
  • Track claims activity, payments, and closures
  • Review audits, billing changes, and supporting documentation
  • Order loss runs, motor vehicle reports (MVRs), and underwriting support documentation
  • Support internal account servicing workflows to ensure timely, accurate client service
  • Assist with additional office/team support as needed

 

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in a detail-oriented professional office environment such as insurance, banking, mortgage, claims, medical office administration, billing, financial services, administrative operations, or similar
  • Commercial insurance experience is a plus, but not required
  • Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to complete employer-sponsored licensing training and obtain your P&C license
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software systems and technology
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating as part of a team
  • Experience with agency management systems, ImageRight, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Exposure to construction, real estate, hospitality, healthcare, or similar commercial accounts is a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Preferred but not required:

  • AINS and/or CISR designation

Schedule:

This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, in-office position based in Dallas with some flexibility around start and end times. There is an option to choose a hybrid schedule after the training period.
