Moving and Groving Pediatric Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. We’re looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide one-on-one care for children in their own homes across the Phoenix Metro area. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pediatric occupational therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
- Work directly with pediatric patients and caregivers to achieve maximum physical recovery
- Evaluate progress and adjust care plans
- Document in SimplePractice EMR (JANE)
- Organize and maintain patient schedules while arriving to appointments in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
- Back-to-back appointments for efficiencies
Qualifications
- OT License (AZ)
- CPR + Article 9 certification
- 1+ years pediatric OT experience (sensory processing, primitive reflexes, ASD)
- Strong communication + organization skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
Preferred Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, sports medicine, or rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with Jane EMR documentation system
- A rotation in pediatric care
- Ability to motivate and engage patients throughout recovery
- would be willing to consider recent graduates from an accredited OT school
What We Offer
- Hourly pay (competitive rates based on experience). The pay structure can be what the therapist prefers: pay per visit or flat rate.

Schedule
- Part-time opportunities available
- At least two afternoons a week (3-6 pm) to accommodate after-school schedules
