We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team at Moving and Grooving Pediatric Physical Therapy. The ideal candidate is a passionate pediatric physical therapist willing to provide one-on-one care for children in their own homes across the Phoenix Metro area, and/ or in our clinic in Scottsdale

Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with pediatric patients and caregivers to achieve maximum recovery
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Must be able to perform clinic and mobile appointments
- Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation
- This clinic provides services to all age groups, spanning from birth to adults with disabilities. As such, the provider must be willing to see the same client group
- Document in SimplePractice EMR (JANE)
- Back-to-back appointments for efficiencies
Qualifications
- PT License (AZ)
- CPR + Article 9 certification
- 1+ years pediatric PT experience (we have patients of all ages; preferred if you have experience with kids 5+, but can also see younger)
- Must be willing to do both clinic and mobile
- Must be willing to work with all ages (birth to adult w/ disabilities)
- Strong communication + organization skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with Jane EMR documentation system
- A rotation in Pediatric care
- Ability to motivate and engage patients throughout recovery
What We Offer
- Hourly pay (competitive rates based on experience). The pay structure can be what the therapist prefers: pay per visit or flat rate.

Schedule
- Part-time opportunities available
- At least two afternoons a week (3-6 pm) to accommodate after-school schedules
