Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our Revenue Team by generating and qualifying leads to build a strong sales pipeline.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting, nurturing marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and scheduling meetings for the sales team. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging prospects across multiple channels and identifying new business opportunities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media)
  • Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads (MQLs)
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns tailored to industry-specific needs
  • Personalize messaging to align with prospect business models and payment challenges
  • Use AI tools to enhance prospecting, research, and outreach efficiency
  • Support marketing initiatives including webinars, campaigns, and events
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline data in HubSpot CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to pipeline generation and meetings booked




Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar sales role
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, payments, or fintech preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) for workflow optimization is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn technical products and tailor messaging across industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
