• $40,000–$50,000 base salary

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Conduct consultative insurance needs assessments
• Present customized personal and commercial insurance solutions
• Close new business and build long-term client relationships
• Develop referral partnerships within the community
• Deliver strong retention and client service
