WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Consultant in our Maintenance & Reliability practice, your main role will be to lead client teams through the design and implementation of World-Class Maintenance processes, systems, and disciplines in a variety of manufacturing environments. Our initiatives will span everything from maintenance planning and execution, meeting management, root cause analysis, production, production scheduling, and more.
While our highly experienced team has an excellent track record of delivering extreme customer satisfaction in this industry, you will be expected to bring thoughts and ideas that challenge thinking and procedure, and drive our processes, approach, and methodologies to continually improve.
Your professionalism, enthusiasm and effectiveness will help grow our reputation and thereby help us grow our business by developing strong client relationships, project extensions, and client referrals.
WEEKLY TRAVEL:
Your engagements will be at the client’s site and will require weekly travel. Working for Osorno means having the opportunity to work day-in and day-out with a wide variety of exceptional businesses in great communities. Projects may be ongoing in Georgia, Arkansas, Minnesota, Idaho, Oregon, or anywhere else across North America... or beyond.
A typical work week will have you departing home on Monday morning and returning home late Thursday evening, with Fridays spent working from home on projects or other assigned work. Candidates will ideally live in/near the greater Atlanta, GA metropolitan area. Alternatively, the candidate must live near a major regional airport.
BASE PAY:
$70,000-$90,000
