Job Title: Client Success Coordinator

Reports To: Manager, Client Services
Job Summary
The Client Success Coordinator provides vital support across different functions within the Client Services department. This role assists Client Service Managers and Executives with administrative tasks and may serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external clients. Core responsibilities include gathering information, supporting day-to-day operational needs, and assisting with tasks related to implementation and renewal processes, including client follow-up, system testing, meeting coordination, and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure flawless service delivery and swiftly resolve client inquiries or concerns.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of client projects.
Provide administrative support to internal teams, such as meeting scheduling, presentation, and report preparation.
Update and maintain client information in project management system.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
Help build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as HR managers, benefits administrators, decision-makers, brokers, and consultants by providing excellent customer service.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
0–1 years of relevant work experience, preferably in account management or project coordination
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Software or technical experience is a plus
