Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to evaluate and enhance our production processes. This position plays a key role in driving efficiency, reducing costs, ensuring product quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance across operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize current manufacturing processes
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Develop equipment layouts and workflow systems for efficiency
  • Research and introduce new manufacturing technologies and tools
  • Lead cost-reduction and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Document engineering activities and prepare technical reports
  • Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 2+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD, CAM, and data analysis software
  • Experience with production troubleshooting and process improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
