Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Range: $65,000.- $75000.(based on experience)
- Incentive: Republic Title features an incentive program based upon profitability, which is paid on the 15th of each month. The office will receive a portion of profits generated for the previous month, to be divided by the manager among all staff members based on their contributions for that given month. Because incentives are based on profitability of the office, incentives are never guaranteed. You must be employed on the last day of any given month to be eligible to receive that month’s incentive. You will not be eligible for incentive payments during any month in which you terminate your employment, whether such termination is voluntary or involuntary

Job Description:
Republic Title of Texas is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Escrow Officer for our Prosper branch. This role is responsible for bringing real estate escrow transactions to a successful close while maintaining strong customer relationships, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end closing process for residential real estate transactions
- Provide outstanding service to clients, realtors, lenders, and other transaction participants
- Handle complex transactions involving multiple parties or curative/legal issues
- Review and deliver title commitments and perform necessary curative work along with the assistance of our Curative Team’s guidance
- Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures and all required Texas-specific documents
- Review and approve property surveys related to transactions
- Resolve transaction-related issues through customer communication and follow-up
- Balance escrow files, prepare closing documents and successfully complete the closing of all parties in the real estate transaction
- Initiate wires, issue checks, and ensure timely funding/disbursement of funds
- Conduct closings with a thorough understanding of all related documents
- Support and back up other Escrow Officers as needed
- Participate in marketing efforts and maintain a personal book of business
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in title, escrow, or related real estate services preferred
- Familiarity with escrow and title processes, documents, and Texas-specific disclosures
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and escrow software
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files under limited supervision
- Suitable result on background check

- Must bring and maintain an active book of business
- Must be able to lift/move up to 10 pounds
- On-site role at the Prosper, TX office
