Key Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Expect to work 10–12 hours per day, 5–6 days per week, especially during the first 6 months of training. A performance-based salary increase (5–10%) may be applied after the training period.
