Pay: $40,000 – $42,000 annually

Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000/month

Your Role as General Manager:

• Drive restaurant performance and profitability
• Hire, train, and inspire a top-tier crew
• Create exceptional guest experiences every day
• Ensure food safety, quality, and security standards
• Lead marketing and local community involvement
• Model leadership and professionalism on every shift
• Track performance, coach your team, and make improvements

 

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years of GM experience in fast food
• Prior Burger King experience required
• ServSafe certified (or willing to get it)
• Valid driver’s license and good record
• 25 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required (college a plus)
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Able to lift 35 lbs safely
• Weekend/holiday availability
