Compensation: $27.00 an hour DOE

Job Summary:

Brass Ring Capital is seeking a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to manage the daily administrative functions of our Minnetonka office. This part-time, in-office role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to work in a supportive, professional environment. The ideal candidate will bring energy, efficiency, and a solutions-oriented mindset to help streamline internal operations, coordinate scheduling and events, and support a wide range of business activities including HR and light finance.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in creating a well-run office environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative office operations
  • Manage office supplies, equipment orders, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and light bookkeeping
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and company correspondence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment
  • Help plan and coordinate team events and office improvements
     

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional office setting
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience supporting HR or finance-related administrative tasks is a plus
