Job Title: Functional Consultant with  Strong Financial Background

Reports To: Acumatica Practice Manager
Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 annually, depending on experience and certifications

Overview

Clients First Business Services is seeking a motivated Functional Consultant to join our Acumatica practice. This role focuses on assisting clients with the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Acumatica ERP system. You will play a key part in delivering solutions, supporting our team, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, resolving issues and managing service tickets promptly
• Plan and facilitate client workloads effectively and independently
• Stay up to date with Acumatica product changes and consulting best practices
• Maintain timely and professional communication with both clients and colleagues
• Track and submit accurate time entries
• Comply with all internal and client security policies
• Travel as required for client engagement (up to 50%)
• Support other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to obtain Acumatica Consulting Certifications
• Strong financial background
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Committed to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies

Requirements

• Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%)
  Must have a valid driver’s license (U.S.-based)
  Able to travel via various methods (plane, train, car, ride-share, etc.)
  Must pass a background check and drug screening
