As an HR Coordinator with Hoops HR, you'll play a pivotal role in consulting over a broad range of human resources inquiries and issues, including employee relations, benefits, payroll and policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
Provide Billingual, tier one level of HR support, with a basic understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures; translate documents or communications as needed
Ensure clarity and accuracy when explaining and/or documenting HR inquiries across languages (Spanish/English)
Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems; handling questions related to payroll, benefits, time off, onboarding, policies/procedures, etc.
Escalate complex cases to Tier Two or appropriate leadership
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws
