General Manager - Fast Food- Housing Stipend

Location: Northwestern New Mexico

Compensation: $40,000–$42,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities (up to $1,000/month)

Job Summary:

Burger King is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead operations in our fast food location in Northwestern New Mexico. This role is perfect for a leader with prior Burger King experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll manage front and back-of-house operations, lead and develop a team, and drive success through strong leadership and community connection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and financial goals by eliminating barriers to success
• Schedule labor to meet business needs and deliver top-tier customer service
• Execute local marketing and community involvement strategies
• Hire and train team members aligned with company culture
• Lead by example and model effective floor management
• Monitor food safety, quality, and security standards
• Provide coaching and address performance issues respectfully
• Communicate updates, priorities, and successes clearly to the team
• Contribute ideas for operational improvements and team retention

Qualifications:

• 1–2+ years in a General Manager role in fast food
• Must have prior Burger King experience
• Must be at least 25 years old
• ServSafe certified (or able to obtain upon employment)
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• High school diploma or GED required (college preferred)
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
• Ability to lift 35 lbs safely
