Opportunity:
We are seeking a Product Manager who thrives on improving user experiences and building smart, scalable payment solutions. In this role, you’ll lead product efforts from concept through delivery, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product owners, and serve as a key voice of the customer. Your focus will be on driving impactful solutions, using your technical and product knowledge to guide innovation and value creation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a product expert, evangelist, and customer advocate
  • Translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable product requirements
  • Provide second-level product support for client success teams
  • Train internal users and create customer-facing documentation
  • Establish and track product performance metrics
  • Stay up to date on product domain knowledge, market trends, and competitors
  • Support sales efforts and use data analysis to inform decision-making

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience in Merchant Acquiring and/or Card Issuing
  • Strong understanding of Interchange
  • 3+ years in product management or ownership roles
  • Agile or Scrum experience
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
