Recruiting Client Success Manager - Hybrid: Work from Home/In Office (Plano, TX)

Client Success Manager Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the full scope of the recruiting service offered to our clients while actively managing and optimizing the client relationship through strategic account management and strategy. Reponsibilities will include:

  • Client-Facing Expertise: Managing a client book of business within multi-industires and roles to include C-level executives, hiring managers, and HR teams; presenting data, offering solutions, and making recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Strong background in generating client-facing reports, developing performance scorecards, and using data-driven insights to showcase results and areas for improvement.

  • Problem-Solving & Service Delivery: Ability to proactively identify challenges and develop effective solutions, ensuring that all aspects of service delivery are met, including candidate sourcing, hiring timelines, and budget compliance.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate strategies, challenges, and performance results to both internal teams and clients.

  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, coordinating efforts across teams (recruiting, sales, operations) to deliver on client needs.

Our ideal candidate has proven experience in: 

  • Client Success/Account Management: 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role in Recruiting, HR services, or Recruitment SaaS.
  • Account Strategy & Budgeting: Experience in developing and executing account strategies, including budget planning, forecasting, and managing client expectations around service delivery and costs.

  • New Client Onboarding: Demonstrated experience in leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with client expectations.

  • Complex Passive Sourcing: Experience in complex passive sourcing passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Wiza, social media, direct outreach) and employing creative strategies for attracting top-tier talent.

  • Client Relationship Management: Proven success in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfort and proficiency with recruiting software (e.g., ATS systems like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday), as well as familiarity with HR tech stacks and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).  Experience within the recruitment SaaS space is preferred, understanding the nuances of recruiting in a tech-driven environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
