Top-rated Exteriors Home Improvement company looking to add Full-Time Outbound Appointment Setters (Call Center) to its family-culture team in the greater Madison area!
Location: Work from home after 2 weeks of in-office training in Madison, WI. Candidates must reside in the greater Madison area. Occasional onsite meetings (1-2 times annually).
Full-Time Hours/Shifts: 35 hours a week Mon - Fri with two available shifts:
Compensation: $17.50/hr starting, $19/hr at 90 days, $20/hr at 6 months, $21/hr at 1 year (all increases based on successful reviews) plus $100- $500/week bonuses based on booked appointments
Job Type: Full-Time W2, Part-Time W2, Seasonal. *90-day probational period.
