As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our Entrepreneurial Owner can operate at their best—both in and out of the office. Your work will directly contribute to the success and alignment of the firm, creating an environment where collaboration flourishes, and strategic goals move forward efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Your day-to-day will vary, but key areas of focus will include:

  • Optimizing the Entrepreneurial Owner’s productivity by managing priorities, time, and commitments effectively.
  • Ensuring alignment between the entrepreneur’s schedule and strategic goals, creating dedicated time blocks for business growth, client engagement, and personal effectiveness.
  • Proactively looking ahead to anticipate needs, ensuring the entrepreneur is always well-prepared for upcoming commitments and not just reacting week-to-week.
  • Managing business and personal calendars, optimizing time allocation to enhance success and well-being.
  • Handling travel itineraries and logistics to ensure smooth, stress-free experiences.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and firm development projects to drive growth.
  • Executing special projects that contribute to the firm’s mission and success.
  • Taking ownership of administrative and operational tasks to eliminate distractions and improve workflow.
  • Other duties as needed, always with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Salesforce CRM – you leverage technology to stay ahead.
  • Attention to detail & follow-through – you ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • A commitment to confidentiality & professionalism – trust and integrity are essential in this role.
  • Residence within a 45-mile radius of our office – reliability in commuting is key to meeting operational needs as Entrepreneur is in office.
