Job Overview:
Vivant is seeking a proactive and results-driven Service Delivery Manager to join our telecommunications team. This role requires strong leadership skills, VoIP and ISP expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing VoIP, ISP, network equipment installations and can lead a team of project coordinators/managers to ensure successful service delivery.
This position is 90% in-office with occasional travel (10%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Become the go to Subject Matter Expert (SME)  and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal staff and escalation by clients.
  • Project Management & Team Leadership:
    • Oversee and manage all  projects from onboarding to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
    • Lead and manage a team of project coordinators/managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Client Interaction & Relationship Management:
    • Interface with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
    • Act as a point of escalation for complex service issues and ensure effective resolutions.
  • Process Improvement & Quality Assurance:
    • Develop and implement best practices for project management and technical operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and meet client and company  requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery and project management within the telecommunications industry
  • Proven experience in telecommunications network services, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing client relationships and handling escalations effectively.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10%).

 

Work Schedule:  General Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
