Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 total compensation (base + performance-based incentives)

About VINCO:

VINCO is a growing provider of facility maintenance and commercial snow and ice management services. Known for delivering reliable, high-performance service year-round, we are expanding across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. As part of that growth, we’re seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to help drive regional sales, develop customer relationships, and support long-term market expansion.

 

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional with a strong background in B2B service sales—particularly in commercial facility maintenance, snow and ice management, or similar industries. The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to contract execution.

This position is suited for someone who is results-driven, highly organized, and eager to grow into greater responsibility as VINCO scales. There is a clear path to national territory leadership as performance milestones are met.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Execution & Lead Development

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Pursue multi-site or multi-year contract opportunities with commercial clients
  • Conduct outreach, cold calls, and follow-up communications to drive engagement
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for prospective clients

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts
  • Build long-term relationships with property managers, facility directors, and procurement teams
  • Ensure client needs are met and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline, opportunities, and key performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting for internal sales reviews
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support handoff, service delivery, and client satisfaction

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Partner with marketing on lead generation campaigns and messaging
  • Align with operations to support seamless service implementation
  • Share customer insights with leadership to inform strategy

 

Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility services, property maintenance, or industrial contracts
  • Proven success in managing a full sales cycle and closing multi-year service agreements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Familiarity with Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regional markets is a plus
