Location: Scottsdale, AZ Headquarters. Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Job Summary:

Spence, Cassidy & Associates, LLC is seeking licensed and client-focused Financial Advisors to join our growing team. This remote role requires an active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license, with Series 6, 7, or 65 licenses preferred. You will provide personalized financial, business, estate, investment and retirement planning. This will be done through offering a range of investment, insurance and financial products, helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement different types of investment, insurance and financial products.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of clients by fostering strong, long-term relationships.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals, maintaining a strong pipeline of leads.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory updates, and company product offerings.

 

Qualifications:

  • Required: Active Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.
  • Preferred: Series 6, 7, or 65 licenses.
  • 2-3 years minimum of proven experience in financial services, insurance sales, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, especially in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, virtual meeting platforms, and financial planning software.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
